Braxton’s guided meditation uses music, soundscapes and spoken word to guide you into a calming meditative space. His sessions are very much about accessibility to all and a no-nonsense communication. A chance to introduce yourself to meditation or gain a more thorough understanding of it. In this guidance, we work on the breath to calm the pace of the thoughts, before we bring some focus to empathy, knowledge, judgment and awareness, simply allowing us to release tension and worry, and bring a calmer state to our life.
